30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you or your little camper aren't happy with a CampCuddle purchase for any reason, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order in full.

How it works

  1. Contact us with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
  3. Once the item is on its way back, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

The details

  • Returns are free — we cover return shipping within the U.S.
  • Items should be returned with their original parts and packaging where possible; a repacked box is fine.
  • If an item arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no return required in most cases.
