How much is shipping?

Standard shipping (4–6 business days) is free on every U.S. order. Express shipping (2 business days) is $7.99. Orders ship from Dallas, Texas within 1 business day.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States.

Returns

What's your return policy?

A 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If it's not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a prepaid return label and refund you in full. Details in our Refund Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — usually without needing the item back.

Is assembly required?

Most of our tents and the storage rack require simple adult assembly. Each product ships with step-by-step instructions, and our Product Safety & Assembly page covers the essentials.

Where do I find dimensions and materials?

Each product page lists the specifications we've published so far. We're finalizing complete dimension, material, and age-guidance details for every item — if you need a specific measurement before it appears on the page, ask us and we'll get it for you.

Are the lifestyle photos real customer homes?

Product-page "See it at home" images are styled lifestyle visualizations created to show scale and styling ideas — see each product's specifications for exact details of what's included.
